Dear Colleagues,
It is a great pleasure as well as an honour for me to announce that the 4th Congress of Update in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery (UCCS) will be held between the dates of 28th November- 2nd December, 2008 in Sungate Port Royal Hotel in Antalya, Turkey.
This year UCCS Congress will include an “International Academia of Interventional Cardiology” and “International Forum of Arrhythmia” in its very well known and well received format. In this regard, our congress will run in two seperate hall as an ultra interactive congress with live transmissions of interventional cardiological procedures and cardiovascular operations from national & international cath-labs and ORs enriched by interactive presentations with key pads.
Also two days of a ESC Adult Congenital Heart Disease Training Course that will be given by the most prominent European cardiologists in the field of Grown Up Congenital Heart Disease will take place in conjunction with our congress. Besides cardiologists cardiovascular surgeons, internal medicine specialists and family physicians can attend and have a certificate at the end of this course.
Cardiac Morpholgy Course and other courses that have been organized in the previous years will also take place in their advanced versions in UCCS 2008 Congress.
We are planning a live transmission of a VAD operation from Texas Heart Institute which will interest both cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons.
All abstracts that are accepted to our congress will be published in the supplement of “CLINICAL CARDIOLOGY” or “HEART SURGERY FORUM” with respect to the participant’s preference.
